Tiff's Tips

For your amusement I have a few recipes here that people may enjoy. I got tired of finding and sending them to everyone who asked :) Use the menu links on the left to navigate to the recipe categories. Artwork on the recipe pages was done by Tom Burke.

A few basic conversions and info

  • tablespoon = tbs or tbsp
  • teaspoon = tsp
  • 1 stick butter = 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup

  • 1 cup butter = 2 sticks of butter

  • 1 pint = 1/2 Liter, 1/2 quart, or 2 cups.

  • 1 quart = 1 Liter or 4 cups.

  • 1 gallon = 4 quarts or aproximately 4 Liters.
